  • All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the INCREDOC Abstract Submission Hub. Submissions via email or other means will not be accepted.
  • The submission form features autosave functionality, allowing you to save and edit your draft anytime before final submission.
  • Once submitted, abstracts cannot be modified. Please review all information carefully before submitting.
  • All abstracts must be written in English.
  • Abstracts must follow this structured format:
    • Title: Clear, specific, max 50 words
    • Introduction: 100 words
    • Methodology: 100 words
    • Results & Discussion: 250 words
    • Conclusion: 100 words
  • Do not manually format your abstract — the system will apply formatting automatically.
  • All authors must be added in the Authors tab with their full name and institutional affiliation.
  • All listed authors must have valid tickets to the conference to be included in the official program.
  • Optional supplementary materials (tables, diagrams, flowcharts) may be uploaded as image files in the Upload Files section.
  • Accepted formats: .jpg, .png, .pdf (max 5MB each). Uploads are optional and for visual support.
  • Ensure accuracy in all information — including author names, affiliations, and abstract content — for official use in publications and certificates.
  • By submitting, you confirm:
    • The abstract is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
    • All authors have provided their consent.
    • You hold the copyright to this work.
